Image
Courtesy Neikoish.deviantart Since I am new to the analyzing warrior's community, I am going to participate in the Warrior's tag that was started by Butterflyidentity on youtube so that you all could get to know me a little bit.  So without further ado, Before I go any further, there may be some spoilers to those who are new to the series .  Let's begin. How did I get into Warriors? I got into warriors I believe after the first series was finished.  I was reading the Animal Ark series at the time, and my parents thought it was about time for me to get a "bigger kids" series, so for either my birthday or Christmas  I got Into the Wild, and fell in love with the series. I am still reading it today on my second or third time through. What is my favorite arc? I would have to say that my favorite arc would either be The New Prophecy or Omen of the Stars.  I loved The New Prophecy because there were so many plot points, Conflicts, and just the amou...

True Blue premier part 2

A few hours passed and Kevin hadn't arrived back home yet, so Karin, Kevin's mom, looked everywhere for him. Everywhere she could think of him going turned up as a dead end.  Because of this, She started to freak out a little bit, so she called 911 at 3:00 that day, and reported her son was missing. A few hours after she called, she heard a knock on the door and it was the Police department.  Even though she was a mess, She offered them something to drink, and let them in.  The police said yes and sat down as she got them something to drink. She entered back into the living room, As one of the officers spoke.  "My name is Officer James, and here with me is Officer Grigsby.  We got dispatched to your house because of a missing person report.  That person is your son, correct?" Karin answered, "Yep." "Ok, so when was the last time you saw him?" "4 or 5 hours ago.  He was playing video games, and I told him to go outside and do someth...

City Focus: Pittsburgh, PA

Image
View from Mount Washington, PA Skyline from the Duquesne incline Heinz field  and PNC Park Pittsburgh, PA is a city that is located in western Pennsylvania.  This travel review is long overdue because I went here last summer, and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by this city.  I thought that Pittsburgh was going to be mainly industrial, which it is, but there was way more to the city than I thought. In this review, I am going to be focusing on the cultural aspects of the city that I really liked, A few restaurants that I went to, and also talking about the people that live here.   Before I get any further, I would like to mention that we stayed near the cultural center of the city. Since this is a new variation of an article type that I did for a long time, I am going to be setting up a point system. Review Culture ( 10 / 15) The city of Pittsburgh has a very unique culture around it.  Even tho...

True Blue Premier Part one

Image
Kevin had just entered his house after high school had let out for the summer.   He finished his finals earlier that day and dropped his backpack in house office.   He sat down and emptied it onto the desk and started looking through his stuff breathing out a sigh of relief and thought to himself, Finally sophomore year is over.   I am going to be an upperclassman.   He had a job lined up for the summer, but that didn’t start until the following Monday. So, he headed downstairs to the basement, and just powered on the Xbox One, put in Grand Theft Auto V, and was waiting for the game to load.   Just as the game had finished loading his mom came down the stairs and saw him sitting in front of the TV.   Once she reached the bottom of the stairs she walked towards him and said, “Kevin, you are not planning on sitting down on your but for the rest of the day are you?”   Kevin turned his head around and answered dryly, “No, I was just going to start a ...

Tangent Summer 2017

Hello everyone and welcome to Tangent's summer!  I have plenty of stuff starting up next week and I hope that you all enjoy it! Starting this Monday is my summer series called True Blue.  I have already posted an excerpt from the premier a couple of weeks ago. Every other Tuesday there will also be another series starting called A fine line.  This series is a horror series written by a friend of mine.  I have read the prologue.  The series is quite good and very well written. Every other Thursday I will be launching another new series called Swiftbreeze analytics.  This series is based on the Warriors book series written by Erin Hunter.   I will be looking at certain aspects of the series and sharing my thoughts on it.  I am working on the first one, which is just getting to know me through the lens of warriors. Once a month I will be writing a City focus article.  These articles will be talking about specific cities that I ...

Seeking

I am looking forward, like a year or two in advance and I take look at where I want this whole summer thing to go, and I see it.  I need some confirmation.  I know I have drawn out what I feel like You want for this. I know because I drew out what I felt it would look like in, at most, an hour, but is that just me finding a distraction, or is that real?  I am seeking guidance right now,  Lord. People all around say "go do it," and "pursue your dreams."  The thing is, I have tried before and had a success, but it was a failed success compared to the original idea.  I was happy with where it went though. I keep getting these emails from the agency, giving ideas.  But I am unsure, I do not go to that college anymore.  I feel like if I tell them, they would be mad, and not take me seriously.  But this time it is serious. In the past, I have pitched an idea but got scared by the sheer mass of questions that were asked by the board.  I f...
