Album Review- Dream EP

Matt Price is a kind of new artist in the CCM Genre of Christian Music.  His stuff is a combination of a Pop and Gospel.  He has three CDs out, and the most recent of these is his EP Dream, Which is the album that is getting reviewed in this article.

Review

Since this is Matt Prices' EP there maybe some things for him to work on, But over all, I think that this is one of my Favorite EPs I have heard in a While.  So lets get this review started.  The things that are worth noting include the fact that he seemed to figure out his sound which is one of the harder things to do, and also There is a good variety of different takes on his sound in this album.

The first thing that seemed worth noting is the fact that he seems to have found his sound a really long time ago.  I have listened to his music on and off since he followed me on twitter and I like the sound of the albums quite a bit.  Another artist that he kind of reminds me of is Anthony Evans because the sound is extremely similar and almost top forty like.  Which I believe could influence a younger generation.

The second thing that Seemed to be worth noting is the fact that there is a variety of different takes on his sound which is awesome.  This is also kind of hard to do in being flexible to bring your own take on songs with your own little flavor.  It shows confidence in his work which is another great thing as well.

Overall I give this CD 4 out of 5 stars because it also tells a story about achieving your dreams while being you.  I also am kind of surprised that his music is not getting its turn to shine on the radio.

~ Also, For those of you who have heard there was a shooting in Orlando a couple of weeks ago, and it was the worst in the United States History.  I want you all to keep the City in your prayers along with those affected by the Tragedy.  Shout out to the owners of the night club on getting people out.

New Year New Me - Blog Goals

As the ball dropped in NYC on December 31, I started to think of some ways to make both myself, and this blog better, and set this blog apart from other blogs.  Granted this is going to be hard so I started to do some brainstorming.  As I started to brainstorm, I came up with several ideas, but a lot of them are going to be really hard to achieve, especially on a students' budget.  I am going to star the ideas that I feel are more of a 3-year plan. Pack Mentality Season 2 Part 11

Then-- Rick started to change.  The transition started with the eyes and then started to expand until he wound up with him being slightly bigger than Jackson, the eyes of his wolf-like form, slightly darker than Jacksons', Seeming to show the relationship between the two. The two of them trotted side-by-side, over to the scar-faced wolf and then, with a slight glint of pride the scared wolf said, "Welcome young Jackson.  Rick, do you promise to train Jackson in the ways of the wolf?" __________________________________ Rick stepped towards the Alpha, a glint of pride seemed to reflect off of his wolf like form and a spark of intent sparkled in his blaze orange eyes.   "I will, but not to the point where the monster takes over the man, Brandon ."
